Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We had a pleasant stay overall. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. However, a staff member unexpectedly opened our door just before checkout, which was quite unsettling. Future guests should clarify checkout times to avoid similar discomfort.

It was just a strong match for a couple of nights in New York with reasonable value. The room was comfortable, and we appreciated the clean towels provided daily. Make sure to double-check your checkout time to avoid any surprises.

I had the loveliest stay! The Bistro offered delicious breakfast and Annie was an absolute gem, accommodating my food allergies with a warm smile. Plus, the late check-out at noon was a good treat that let us relax a bit longer before heading out.
